Owner’s Engineering is a professional service where an independent engineering consultant represents the project owner / developer / investor. The Owner’s Engineer bridges the gap between the owner, EPC contractor, vendors, and utilities, ensuring technical compliance, quality assurance, risk mitigation, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
